The team collaborated with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (15th MEU) to integrate an MV-22 Osprey into the exercise, creating a highly realistic training environment that allowed the team to practice patient loading procedures, coordinate with aircrew, and engage in expeditionary medical evacuation operations.
