| 説明 | Photos of Beatrys Vitringa, a dancer living in the artist commune at Merioola, Woollahra, Sydney, taken in June 1946. In 1945 Beatrys (Beatrice) had been evacuated from Java after being a Dutch POW. She moved to Merioola where she with her sister and artists like Donald Friend and Arthur Fleischmann.
