| 説明 | Built in 1892, this Queen Anne-style house was likely designed by Clarence H. Tabor and built for John Nuveen, a banker. The house is clad in wooden clapboard and wooden shingles with a rough-hewn stone base, a hipped roof, an angled corner tower with a pyramidal hipped roof, one-over-one double-hung windows, wooden trim, a two-story bay window on the front facade, a two-story front porch with a rooftop deck, and a two-story bay window on the south facade. The house was designated a Chicago Landmark in 2020. |
