| 説明 | Built in 2007-2009, this Contemporary building was designed by Pappageorge Haymes Partners to serve as a residential condominium complex. The building stands 62 stories and 726 feet (221 meters) tall, and is clad in glass with multiple curved facade, recessed and projected balconies, a base podium with a rooftop amenity deck, projected oversized metal mullions at the northwest corner of the building, and a massing that tapers with setbacks towards the roofline. The building is characteristic of the early 21st Century residential towers that can be found on Chicago’s near south side. |
