| 説明 | Built in 1917, this Prairie-style building was designed by John Van Bergen to serve as an apartment building, and was later converted into a residential condominium. The building is clad in stucco with a hipped roof, wide overhanging eaves, casement windows, a rambling front facade, wooden trim, and exterior two-story sun porches. The building is a contributing structure in the Frank Lloyd Wright–Prairie School of Architecture Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973, and increased in size to encompass the same area as the present local historic district in 2009. |
