| 説明 | Heavy rainfall in Trivandrum. Apparently no one thought the city would need a rainwater sewer thus the city turned into a pool. The power cut, I got shocked touching a concrete pillar holding an overhead transmission line and saw a transformer station explode. This was under 2 hours of rain - thinking: this place must be a mess during the monsoon. |
