The event recognizes the Soldiers for their duty and sacrifice and ensures that they and their families receive information about the benefits they are entitled to. More than 1,500 44th IBCT Soldiers returned in December 2024 from a year-long deployment to Iraq, Kuwait, and Syria in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
