| 説明 | There is a certain finesse to which unit one chooses as the final unit of any modular origami structure. You generally attempt to plan ahead and make sure that the final unit will somehow be "easy" to insert (the definition of which often remains unclear until the very last moment.) It's generally not possible to reach inside a finished structure in order to ensure that the final tab slips into its pocket snugly. Oh, there are various tricks you can attempt to overcome this, but trust me when I say that nothing is guaranteed to work! Here, I predicted that the making a black hexagon, with its large edge count of 6 rather than 4, serve as the final unit would result in an ugly fit. That left one of the squares as the only possible final candidate. In the end, this square went in fine, but the hexagon bordering it still looked like it was slap-dashed together. You win some, you lose some. |
