| 説明 | Tenant set bed on fire using a candle when electric was shut off for non-payment. Electric company did not contact landlord (me) they created unsafe environment. Water company, shut off for non-payment, didn’t notify me, creating unsanitary situation. One bucket with TSP, dishwashing liquid and bleach; two more buckets with rinse-water and another sponge-mop. 1) spread solution on walls, place mop in rinse bucket one 2) use rinse mop in bucket two to clean off solution. It took about a half hour to clean half the walls in the tiny room. Ceilings require an extension pole. |
