| 説明 | A lovely example of a standard FW/3 pillbox on a hilltop overlooking the northern approaches to the Royal Naval Armaments Depot and nitroglycerine manufacturing facility at Dalbeattie in Dumfries and Galloway. The pillbox has been strategically positioned, not to lay hidden until an enemy comes within range, but to stand out and be seen, protecting the perimeter fence.
