| 説明 | I took this picture in 2019, in Lyon, place St Jean, Syrian associations denounced the massacres of civilians in Syria using chemical weapons They emphasized Putin's role. They also insisted on the use of chemical gas, drawing an analogy with the Napalm bombing of Osaka in Japan by the Americans in 1945. After the fall of the Syrian dictatorship, it is impossible to remain indifferent to the number of victims of this bloodthirsty regime. Over the last few years, there has been silence about the massacre of the population, the 500,000 dead and the tens of thousands imprisoned and disappeared. We can only keep our fingers crossed for the future. I'm worried about the isolation of progressive forces, especially the Kurds.I'm reposting here some photographs I took at random during (very small) rallies in France, in Lyon, Marseille and Paris, denouncing these massacres in the midst of total international indifference. |
