| 説明 | The Lifeboat Station was built in 1869 as a response to local request. Over the years five Silver and nine Bronze medals have been awarded to the gallant crews of St.David's RNLI for outstanding bravery in the face of extreme danger carrying out rescues, the last in 1989. In 2016 a new £10m state-of-the-art Lifeboat Station was built just out of view to the left of this picture but it was decided to retain the old one for training purposes and as an iconic part of the RNLI's history.
