| 説明 | The mistletoe haustorium has roots running down the host stem. The leaves of the host, Syzgium cumimi, are dark above, lighter below green leaves with a yellow midrib and closely parallel pellucid secondary veins. The thicker, uniformly medium green opaque leaves is P. pyrifolia, the mistletoe parasite. Note that the end of the host branch is dead. |
