The company forfeited its corporate status on December 1, 1913, due to inactivity.The West Boulder Creek Mining Company's claims were situated about two miles southwest of Mullan, Shoshone County, Idaho. The company's claims included the Douglas, Pointer, Stanley, and Anna May. The Puzzler Boy claim owned by the Banner Group was situated directly east of West Boulder Creek Mining Company's claims, while the Troy No. 1 and Troy No. 4 claims were located directly north of West Boulder Creek Mining Company's claims.It is suspected that after initial development work took place during 1907, that the ore found in the company's claims was nonproductive and that the company discontinued operations on these claims.The owner of these 158,750 shares of the West Boulder Creek Mining Company was Alfred J. Dunn, who was also the company's vice president.
