| 説明 | Potassium (K) is # 19 on the Periodic Table of Elements. Elemental potassium is a soft, silvery-gray metal. It is one of the most common elements in Earth's crust and occurs in many minerals (e.g., potassium feldspar) and rocks (e.g., granite).Potassium ("potash") is a key ingredient in fertilizers for agricultural fields (along with nitrogen and phosphorus). It comes from mining K-rich salt minerals in evaporite deposits. The best example is sylvite, KCl - potassium chloride. Sylvite has a bitter salty taste.Twenty-six isotopes of potassium are known - three occur naturally. Potassium-39 is the most common variety. Potassium-41 occurs in minor amounts. Very small amounts are potassium-40, which is radioactive. K-40 has a long half-life, over 1 billion years.-----------------------------Info. at:en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potassiumanden.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isotopes_of_potassiumandwww.flickr.com/photos/jsjgeology/albums/72157678014016591...andwww.flickr.com/photos/jsjgeology/albums/72157677543435300 |
