| 説明 | They were either drunk and could not read the plans, or they forgot what they had just read, or the plans were drunk. Or, they were probably living in a kind of perpetual SNAFU that reminds me of my own life. What's really funny is the way they fixed it. Instead of giving each lucky inhabitant the surprise gift of a larger window light, accompanied by a somewhat greater risk of building collapse, they promptly took the light away, leaving the risk of collapse unmitigated. A typical Russian cover-up.Another funny thing is that I stared at this building for a long time and never saw the defect until I had a fresh look after many years of absence. I even recall using these same windows to gauge the magnification of the telescopes I built, by counting how many bricks that I saw with my bare eye would fit in the image of one brick seen in the instrumented eye.Look and fail to see ... The underlying cause of many driving accidents, not to mention scams of all sorts.Source: 110118_025915.RAF |
