| 説明 | This crazy ransom note-looking drawing is from @EnriqueAllen and I talking about design projects with measurable ROI at @luxrco.This is the beginnings of an interesting graph. On the left is Dave McClure's AARRR loop and on the right was our initial attempt to split it into projects based on optimizing an existing product versus creating a new one. It's my personal opinion that AARRR is purely for optimization and that more traditional UX tools to do discovery and research is what gives the insight for creating new products.Then there's opting out of both games completely to build something that scratches your own itch. It sounds hard to diagram but that's how I've been sorting both work and side projects for the last year or two now. |
