| 説明 | Indian Air Force LCA Light Combat Aircraft in the HAL Museum in Bangalore. Pity about the supporting wooden profiles under the aircraft- this is probably just a mock up and not the actual aircraft. This LCA aircraft forms the base for HAL's Tejas series of aircraft, which made its first flight in 2001 and entered into service with the IAF in 2015. The series was officially named Tejas circa 2003. Tejas currently the smallest and lightest aircraft in its class of supersonic combat aircraft. Tejas is the second supersonic combat aircraft developed by HAL after the HF-24 Marut (pictures and notes about the Marut appeared earlier in this album).
