| 説明 | Done with the outdoor static exhibits in the HAL Museum, we now move on to the indoor galleries. Displayed indoors is HAL's Pushpak aircraft. This is one of two full sized aircraft on display in the indoor galleries, along with a host of interesting photographs, maps and charts. Back then to this aircraft, the Hindustan HUL-26 Pushpak was a 1950s Indian two-seat cabin monoplane designed and built by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, based on the Aeronca Chief. The Pushpak was a high-wing braced monoplane with a fixed tail wheel landing gear. The fuselage was built from metal tubing, the wing was made up of aluminum ribs on a wooden spar, all covered in fabric. The Pushpak first flew on 28 September 1958 and was powered by a 90 hp Continental flat-four engine. This aircraft is in such a pristine condition that it's difficult to imagine that it is that old!
