| 説明 | Poa wheeleri is abundant in the open understory at upper elevations along the Sypes Canyon trail near the divide between Sypes and Lyman Creeks, southern Bridger Range, Gallatin County, Montana. This bunchgrass is abundant in dry open understory of mostly Douglas fir, limber pine, or Engelmann spruce where it forms dense to scattered patches. The flowering stems bear nodding open panicles of relatively broad spikelets. The leaf sheaths are densely short hairy. |
