| 説明 | A selfie before Christ Church Melaka- the very symbol of Malacca/ Melaka. Located on Jalan Gareja or Church Street, the Christ Church Malacca is an 18th-century Anglican church. One of Melaka's true cultural icons, the red coloured (initially white) Christ Church Melaka is the oldest functioning Protestant church in Malaysia. Despite it's historical origins, the church is still functional and is very much in use. The church also has some very intriguing artefacts and objects that have undiscovered stories behind them, like the church bell- I must admit that with the belfry being so high up, I did not even notice it!
