| 説明 | Menara Taming Sari pic. 12 of 13: I am inside the gondola of the Menara Taming Sari observation tower in the UNESCO World Heritage listed town of Malacca/ Melaka in Malaysia. Having reached the maximum height of around 110 mtr, our downward descent has now started. Don't you love the perfect order and symmetry of those fairy tale- like pleasant buildings!I did not explore those tiny lanes for want of time, but they seemed to be mostly residential in nature. I observed similar gable-like buildings in the Cameron Highlands too. (see my Ipoh and Cameron Highlands album elsewhere in this collection).
