| 説明 | This is from an engineering sample (QK3J).This is the first die-shot created using my custom automated stage + controller setup. It is still a work in progress and I discovered some issues during this run that I will be fixing before the next chip. The code for maintaining focus across the chip didn't work for the bottom right corner.A chip of this size would have taken me atleast 4 hours to capture manually, the automated system was able to do it in 2.5 hours with no input from me other than for setting it up.There is still a bit of residue left, when I prepared this chip I only intended to do a single core close-up, but a poorly-lit and low-res photo of this chip got included in Ivan Musachev's collage and I so I wanted to get a better picture for that.This is the same chip from here: www.flickr.com/photos/187597251@N05/53015632764/in/datepo...I'll be uploading the code and 3D prints to github once I have it more refined.Note that some dust particles have been removed in photoshop. |
