| 説明 | Built in 2019-2023, this Neotraditional-style building was designed by MHAworks and Pixel Design Collaborative for Jeffery R. Anderson Real Estate to serve as The Restoration Asheville, an upscale hotel. The building replaced the old Bank of Asheville Building, which had been built in 1972. The building features a red brick base with limestone trim, arched bays at the center of the first floor of the front facade, large windows on the upper floors, stucco cladding, a front terrace surrounded by planters, and a rooftop terrace that looks down on Pritchard Park. The building ties into the surrounding historic buildings, and is one of several new upscale hotels that can be found around Downtown Asheville. |
