| 説明 | A friend of mine is making a documentation about the Army's communications networks during World War II and the Cold War. I accompanied him on a tour in the Kreuzlingen area, where there are a ton of small facilities and took a few photos. The objects are looked after by an association and can also be viewed on various guided tours. The area is extensive and is known as Festungsgürtel Kreuzlingen. This is a larger field connection box for telephone. These were set up wherever there are not only connection points to field cables to permanently laid underground cable networks, but also a main cable distribution box or cable switch box.
