| 説明 | Looking east down the aisled nave rebuilt early 16c through the early 15c screen to the chancel which may survive from the earlier 14c buildingThe painted panels show Saints Andrew with saltire cross, Simon holding a saw, James the Great with pilgrim's hat and staff & John holding his symbol of a poisoned chalice with serpent inside , Philip holding a long cross & bag, Bartholomew with flaying knife, Stephen holding a book & stones & Jude with a club., James the Less with fullers club, Mark with scroll and lion at his feet, Matthew with scroll, pen & his symbol of a winged man at his feet, & Gregory with papal tiara & open book , There is also a bishop probably St Ambrose, a cardinal (St Jerome) , St Luke & St Thomas,The parclose screens also survive but in a less complete state but the coving has gone.
