| 説明 | Built in 2021, this Contemporary apartment building was designed by Modus Studio to serve as student housing, primarily marketed towards students at the nearby Saint Louis University. The building features a red brick base with parametrically-placed extruded bricks and holes in the brick screen at the exterior of the parking garage, extruded brick frames around several of the glass storefronts, and a recessed main entrance adjacent to decorative patterned brickwork, ribbed metal cladding on the upper portion of the building with large windows on the Lindell Boulevard facade, a light court on the western side of the building, and a paved front terrace. The building is one of several well-designed contemporary residential buildings that have been built recently in the Grand Center and Midtown section of St. Louis. |
