| 説明 | The Republic of Korea Ministry of Defense (MINDEF) held its 60th annual Warriors of Excellence initiative and invited U.S. servicemembers to share in this unique experience for the first time ever, Sept. 13-15, 2023, Seoul Metropolitan Area, Republic of Korea. The U.S. selected and honored 14 enlisted servicemembers and family for their exemplary contributions and longstanding commitment to the Republic of Korea. This included events hosted by the National Security Advisor to the ROK President, Deputy MINDEF, National Intelligence Service Vice Director, Vice Minister for Veteran’s Affairs, and culminating with several hours on a ROK Navy cruiser in the middle of Incheon Harbor watching a reenactment of Operation Chromite with senior military and government leaders including Gen.
