| 説明 | My home desktop, a 2018 Intel NUC8i7BEH, is getting outdated, so I upgraded to a new NUC13VYKi7 this weekend. It's even smaller: still 4x4 inches but only 1.5 in high. It's got an i7-1360P CPU with 12 cores, a 96 unit Xe GPU, and the v3.0 GNA (gaussian/neural accelerator for AI stuff).I added 64GB RAM, a 1TB NVMe, and loaded RedHat Fedora Linux. The old NUC will be re-purposed as a hypervisor, maybe running Proxmox or KVM/QEMU on Rocky Linux (but that's a project for another weekend)... |
