| 説明 | This is the iconic Cape Neddick Light sitting atop Nubble Island, and therefore also known as Nubble Light. The island is just off Cape Neddick Point in Maine. The lighthouse was built in 1878 and stands only 41 feet tall, but is about 88 feet over the Atlantic Ocean thanks to the elevation of the small island.This photo is taken around mid-day. I was planning on arriving for sunrise but there were storms passing through in the morning. This is a stitched panoramic shot from a tripod on some rocks right next to the ocean. |
