| 説明 | Built in 1910, this Chicago School-style building was designed by Bertrand and Chamberlain for the Parlin and Orendorff Plow Company, and later housed the Holden Business Forms Company. The building features a red brick exterior with steel windows, decorative brick trimwork, including geometric panels and motifs on the exterior of the top floor of the building, a brick cornice with corbeling a front entrance with two chamfered stone columns beneath a large stone lintel, and ghost signs on the building’s southeastern facade. The building is a contributing structure in the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, and has been rehabilitated for adaptive reuse as an apartment building with retail space on the ground floor. |
