| 説明 | The postbus line from Vättis to Gigerwald is operated only in the summer season. The construction work has been stopped and the ride over the dam is possible again. The road is narrow and the ride usually takes around 11-12 minutes. Height difference 392 m. Now I have managed it to take the whole ride in a 10-minute video. This is only possible if there is no oncoming traffic, no evasions, no cyclists and no stop at the Gigerwald restaurant. The road is signposted as a so-called mountain post road where postbuses have priority and are allowed to use the triad horn. This also for the pleasure of children. In 1923, the triad horn sounded for the first time on the mountain post roads. So we are celebrating a hundred years of posthorn.
