| 説明 | Intralaryngeal Teflon injection has been used to treat vocal cord paralysis, often causing a foreign body giant cell reaction. This pt has dysphonia 10 years after treatment. Biopsy showed a "Teflon granuloma" with a robust foreign body giant cell reaction. This material is birefringent with polarization.
