| 説明 | Built around the turn of the 20th Century, this Renaissance Revival-style courtyard apartment building features an orange brick exterior, a central courtyard, bay windows, a simple cornice above decorative brick panels and stone blind oxeye bays, one-over-one double-hung windows, entry doors with decorative stone surrounds including arched pediments and corbels, triglyphs, keystones, and pilasters, with the building being topped by a parapet enclosing a low-slope roof. The building is an excellent example of the low-rise historic courtyard apartment buildings that are commonly found in various neighborhoods around Chicago. The building is a contributing structure in the Lakeview Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. |
