| 説明 | Outside, this was a fairly plain, traditional looking stone village church (built in 1837), with a tower. Inside was a surprise: light and airy, with details around the beams and pulpit picked out with colourful paint. The whole church was decorated with spring flowers - ready for the Easter Sunday service tomorrow morning.Just 2 of the 9 windows had stained glass, the rest were plain - although one of the plain ones had an unusual "clear etched glass" window of St Bartholomew. |
