| 説明 | Built in the 1890s, this Shingle-style house features a side-gable roof, shingle cladding above the first floor, narrow clapboard siding on the first floor, a rusticated stone base, three-over-one, nine-over-one, two-over-two, and one-over-one double-hung windows, shed and hipped dormers, a front porch with a shed roof, one-story and two-story bay windows on the side facades, a front oriel window on the second floor over a front entrance vestibule, and a one-story rear wing with a rooftop balustrade. The house has been converted into office space for the adjacent Darwin D. Martin House Complex, and is a contributing structure in the Parkside East Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. |
