| 説明 | Built in 1925, this Classical Revival-style house features a three-bay front facade, side gable roof with a rear gable roof on the rear ell, stucco-clad exterior, six-over-six windows, decorative window trim surrounds on the first floor, small iron faux juliet balconies under the outer windows of the second floor of the front facade, slender pilasters at the corners, shed dormers, wooden shutters on the second floor, french doors onto the side terrace, and a rear sunroom. The house is a contributing structure in the Parkside East Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. |
