| 説明 | A multiinstitutional, multinational study of biopsy site changes attributable to prior endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) in 297 mediastinal lymph node specimens, reported displacement of tiny bronchial cartilage fragments into LN parenchyma in 26 (8.75%) of cases. The initial observation and reporting of this phenomenon on X/Twitter by Dr. Lara Pijuan (@lara_pijuan) served as the impetus for the initiation of this study.
