| 説明 | Women personnel of India's Border Security Force (BSF) taking part in the ceremonial retreat at the India-Pakistan border at Atari (Wagah is the last village in Pakistan and Atari in India). The ceremonial Retreat Parade is a grand show of perfect coordination and high standards of drill laced with pugilistic posturing is not to be missed. Performed at sunset, the show attracts thousand of patriotic spectators on each side. The competitive sloganeering by crowds and the oneupmanship of drill and commands is truly worth wintessing. By including women in the parade, India seems to have score one up, at least for now. |
