| 説明 | A bottle of Tomte Julöl from Slottskällans Bryggeri in Uppsala, Sweden.Tomte Julöl is a 6,4% abv christmas beer. My bottle, bought a year ago, was already past its expire date. However, I wanted to try it. It poured a reddish brown color with a thin beige head. Aroma still had a mild mixture of roasted malts and caramel malts, very nice. The mouthfeel was medium heavy. The flavor started out with a good malt sweetness and a mild bitterness from the roasted malts and perhaps some bittering hops. It felt a bit oxidized though with a relatively short and watery aftertaste. |
