| 説明 | Built circa 1910, this Tudor Revival and Arts and Crafts-style house features a jerkinhead and hipped green tile roof with clipped gables at the dormers and gable ends, shed awnings over the windows with decorative brackets, decorative exposed rafter ends and beams, half-timbering with stucco, red wire brick and limestone trim, casement, nine-over-one, and six-over-one windows, porches with brick and fluted doric columns, an oriel window on the side with an integrated window box and a gabled roof above, a bay window on the side facade with a crenellated parapet, a concrete base, brick railings, and a basement garage along Ward Avenue under the rear porch. The house is a contributing structure in the Fairfield Avenue Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. |
