| 説明 | Built in 1974-75, this Brutalist and Modern 17-story office tower was designed by Grosvenor Design Group to house corporate offices in Downtown Honolulu. The building features a concrete exterior with ribbons of windows around the exterior, tapered rings of concrete at the spandrels and top of the building, and vertical concrete ribs, an underground parking garage, and frameless storefronts at the retail spaces and lobby on the ground floor. The building is one of the many modernist office buildings built during the building boom between the 1960s and 1980s that define Downtown Honolulu. |
