Planted in 2018.American Daylily Society: Jim's Evil Grin (Murphy-J.P., 2012)height 61 in.(155 cm), bloom 8.5 in.(22 cm), season EM, Dormant, Diploid, 25 buds, 3 branches, Unusual Form Cascade, Dark cream with vivid dark red eye, cream midrib, green throat, bud builder, in bloom three months. (Monacan Trail × Just Jessie)Per Woodhenge Gardens Daylilies: (Murphy, 2012) 52" EMRe 8" Dormant Diploid UF Cascade Extended. A very tall, large cream Cascade with purple band, chartreuse throat, and cream midrib. This very imposing plant is in bloom for 3 months with moderate bud building and instant rebloom. Sunfast at 101F at 7 p.m. Rain resistant. Three branches, 22 buds initially, more after bud building. I feel that this one is worthy of awards and would like to get it distributed, so I dropped the price to make it more affordable. 2017- Bloomed from June 22 until October 26. Parentage: MONACAN TRAIL x JUST JESSIE. Fertile.About 1 foot tall after a year in the ground. Much taller in second year (2020): 3 feet tall with an attractive 8" bloom. Hopefully it will reach 5 feet next year. Scapes look sturdy and measure 0.25 inches in diameter. Total of 5 scapes so far this year.Photo by F.D.Richards, SE Michigan.
