| 説明 | I think of ospreys as shore birds. Charlotte, where I live, is a little bit too far west to qualify as a shore site. Today, however, I found one and maybe two wheeling about Cole Lake. Because the birds of prey I most frequently see and thus think of when I see a big bird in my sky are hawks and vultures, I was a bit confused. My ah-ha! moment came when a man I saw dragging a dead tree out of the lake mentioned ospreys. I appreciate your taking the time and showing the interest to visit today. I hope you'll be returning in the near future and bringing the kind of cheer our dear world needs these days. |
