| 説明 | The concrete wall does not extend over the entire length of what the Israeli administration chooses to call the fence: some of the fence consists of razor wire such as this. I was informed that razor wire is supposed to be used only on the top of other fencing , not close to the ground as it is here. At the top of the picture, you can see electronic detection devices at intervals, with wires stretching across them. Beyond them is an Israeli settlement. |
