An amazing crew who were only too happy to please & take as many photos as possible, danke.A real treat getting remote parking.******It's the start of the Easter holidays 2022, after two years of pent up "stay at home" recommendations, the heave is on, especially in Germany to getback to the beach & sun.Lufthansa operated two "heavies " from Munich & Frankfurt, usually seen on long haul services to Palma de Mallorca to cater for the extra demand, much like the did in 2021.The Boeing 747 flight from Frankfurt :LH 1158 - Frankfurt Airport (FRA) 12:35 - Palma De Mallorca (PMI) 14:40 - 02h05mLH 1159 - Palma De Mallorca (PMI) 16:10 - Frankfurt Airport (FRA) 18:30 - 02h20m** these flights had an extra touch of excitement as Lufthansa's Boeing 747 in retro livery did the honours - D-ABYT, "the Yankee-Tango" **The Munich Airbus A350-900 flight :LH 1796 - Munich Airport (MUC) 10:50 - Palma De Mallorca (PMI) 13:00 - 02h10mLH 1797 - Palma De Mallorca (PMI) 14:30 - Munich Airport (MUC) 16:36 - 02h05mthese flights were operated by D-AIXL. |
