| 説明 | Built in 1936, this Art Deco-style building was designed by Bard & Vanderbilt for the Parke Davis and Company firm. The building features a buff brick facade with vertical emphasis in the design, a limestone door surround, stacked pilasters, brick reveals, large windows on the first floor, and a decorative grille over the transom at the front entrance. Owing to the building falling outside the period of significance of the district despite being historical, part of the same set of land uses that created the surrounding built environment, and an excellent example of its style, the building is a noncontributing structure in the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. |
