| 説明 | Light Hunter: Vol 7: Trials and tribulations of the unchained warrior....After a wonderful morning of being a slave to my tripod, The light finally released me from it's three legged grip, so I removed my chains and gathered my senses. I was inspired to crawl around and seek out perspectives. Seems we're never to old to learn new tricks.... right punk!!!! I take pride in knowing I'll never know enough and that the journey to figure it all out IZ the prize in itself. Learning to quiet your mind and to listen to the wind, as great advise usually travels on a breeze, is a great aspiration for any artist. Unchained by my tripod NOW, Tiny one inch shrubs became giant trees piercing thru the salty mud covered lake bed... 1/4 inch long Black Flies became giant flying aliens in what seemed to them to be an endless shoreline of red and yellow cosmic alkaline soup crashing on boulder ridden jagged foam covered cliffs.... and strange deer like antlers reached from shallow waters... out into the unknowing formations of the lakes Tufas. One particular ominous totem in the shape of a cross towered over me, the puny little flesh magnet that i am peered up at it cast against this doomy foreboding sky. Like the front cover for some Black Sabbath record, these particular dead tree limbs took on the effect of staggered pointy fingers reaching out from the murky volcanic waters from the devil himself... pointing the way. IMO... Being hand held, the rippled water and brooding sky were frozen in a snap, reflected light was sealed in a single cosmic millisecond, adding to the dramatic impact of this image, NOW, suddenly halted exactly as it was, and never will be exactly ever again. “Ahhhhhh ahhhhhh ahhh ahhhh” That was my Tarzan scream!!!! “hey Mikey, I think he likes it.” |
