| 説明 | Based on the richly detailed freehand text, I believe this to be a work of the Glendale PhilosopherOh, by the way, this isn't where the hand-fill forms go. This is where the machine-printed Certified Mail and Return Receipt labels are ejected after a package is sent using the APC. This specific post office (University Park Station) is particularly bad at putting any kind of materials outside and on several occasions seem to take them away if they wander outside, unlike the Glendale Post Office which is well-stocked with envelopes and is also open 24-hours.
