| 説明 | Picea pungens 'The Blues' (Stanley & Sons, OR) Photo: F.D.Richards, SE Michigan, 1/2021 - Weeping Colorado Blue Spruce, PYE-see-uh PUN-jenz, Size at 10 years: 6x4’, Powder Blue, USDA Hardiness Zone 3, In Garden Bed G2 for 5.8 YEARS (Stanley). Planted in 2015.Oregon State University: Conifer, evergreen, dwarf, weeping, needles powder blue, grows to 6 ft tall × 4 ft wide (1.8 m × 1.2 m) in 10 years. Should be staked to emphasize its weeping habit.Hardy to USDA Zone 3. Originated as a side sport of P. p. 'Glauca Pendula' at the Stanley & Sons Nursery, Boring, Oregon.A weeping form of Colorado spruce, found by Larry Stanley of Stanley and Sons Nursery in Boring, OR. Powder blue color. A side sport of a 'Glauca Pendula'. Requires staking to develop height. ACS Collector's Choice. Planted 6/9/2015. Looks good in 2016. Intermediate: 6-12″/year. Measured 31 inches tall in Dec, 2019.
